• Led Ole Miss to a 10-6 non-conference record, seven-game win streak and 63-62 win over Arkansas in the SEC Tournament  in his first season

• Top assistant coach at Kentucky for five years

• Signed seven McDonald’s All-Americans

• Instrumental in helping turn Kentucky into a national power in women’s basketball

• Led Kentucky to three Elite Eight runs

• Recruited and developed two-time SEC Player of the Year and All-American A’dia Mathies (2012, 2013)

• Recruited and developed All-American and two-time SEC Player of the Year Victoria Dunlap (2010, 2011)

• Position coach for Bria Goss, 2013 SEC Freshman of the Year

• Coached seven All-Conference Players

• Porcha comes to Ole Miss from Woodbridge Senior High School where he was the head boy’s basketball coach.

• Associate head coach at West Virginia

• During his time at West Virginia WVU made four consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament and recorded the best record in program history in 2009-10, finishing with a 29-6 mark.

• Helped Liz Repella and Takisha Granberry earn All-BIG EAST second team honors and assisted in Sarah Miles obtaining the BIG EAST Most Improved Player Award
